Eucharistic Visit with Warrick Family by Allan Dear
Eucharistic Visitor (EV) Allan Dear celebrated Holy Communion with the Warrick family at their home on Sunday, August 24, 2014. After the oblations are blessed by Fr. Dave Johnson during the 10:00AM service, the EV takes the Consecrated Elements in a timely manner following a Celebration of Holy Eucharist to members of the congregation who, by reason of illness or infirmity, were unable to be present at the Celebration. Christ Church has five Eucharistic Visitors who are all laypeople. In addition to Dear, Nancy Lutsko, Phyllis Hiers, Phyllis Holland, and Maggie Roberts serve as EVs. Contact Fr.
