Learning how to walk in a straight line during Preschool.

Christ Church’s Preschool program, located in the Gabard Building, has started up again! The 2013-2014 Preschool year began on August 26 and runs Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until noon through the last week of May. The school observes holidays and coordinates the schedule with the city and county holidays whenever possible. Lead teacher Elise Sandbach teaches the four-year-olds. Ms. Sandbach has been teaching since 1986, and has been at Christ Episcopal Preschool since 1992. Leah Rowe teaches the three-year-old class. Ms. Rowe taught for many years in the Valdosta City School system at S. L. Mason Elementary School. Betsy Kirk, teacher of the two-and-a-half-year-olds, is also an experienced preschool teacher. In addition to the three teachers, three paraprofessionals assist in the school: Ashley Drazdowski, four-year-old class; Barbara Self, three-year-old class; and Susan Jones, two-year-old class.
