On Saturday, December 21st, the Little Folks EYC (ages 3-10) enjoyed a morning of fun making snow globes, decorating cookies, running a Christmas tree relay race, laughing through a southern Georgia-style snowball fight, making colorful, milky science magic, and hunting throughout the church for clues in a scavenger hunt that ended in finding nativity sets. After master-story teller Stefani Carroll told the Christmas story, the children met in small groups to retell the story to each other with the nativity sets they found. The morning ended with a pizza lunch. Stefani Carroll, Mimi Allen, Susan Jones, Shayla Bajalia, Sally Honeycutt, Julie Vanham, Judy Demott, Julia Ariail, and Phyllis Hiers—the planners, chaperones, and food providers—had as much fun as the children!
